Hollywood A-lister and Chicago sports superfan Vince Vaughn has decided to take another swing at selling his five bedroom triplex penthouse in the landmark Palmolive Building, this time listing it for $14.9 million. In August 2011, Vaughn first listed his swanky penthouse pad for a whopping $24.7 million - more than double the amount he paid in 2006. However, since purchasing the already sizable penthouse, Vaughn added a third floor, taking the total space from 7,880 square feet to 12,000 square feet. According to the listing, Vaughn's penthouse reads like the most supreme bachelor pad ever. The 35th floor houses the master bedroom and sleeping quarters of the home, and the next floor contains the formal living room, dining room and kitchen. However, the 37th floor features a sprawling entertainment space, complete with a game room, media room, full bar, and the original office of Playboy boss Hugh Hefner. The home is not listed on the MLS, however Susan Miner of Premier Relocation, Inc. has been tapped once again to sell the home.
