A spacious 4,300-square-foot partition of the original Playboy Mansion has returned to the market, this time seeking $5.15 million. The four bedroom, four bathroom unit, which occupies half of the mansion’s third floor, belongs to Marlene Iglitzen, the widow of the late Chicago Tribune film critic Gene Siskel. When the unit originally listed at $5.75 million last year, it became of the Gold Coast's priciest residences on the market. It’s still one of the priciest listings in the Gold Coast area, and with a $2,847 monthly assessment, this one is going to only go to a buyer with deep pockets.
